Terms of Use
Membership subscriptions
Memberships renew automatically on the plan you choose (monthly or yearly), and the fee is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends and you won’t be charged again. To cancel, go to Subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so we can’t issue refunds ourselves. To ask for a refund, apply through the App Store or Google Play. Their rules apply.
Prices
The price shown in the App Store or Google Play is the one that applies. If you subscribe during a limited-time offer, you keep that price at every renewal as long as your subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
Devices you can use
One membership can be used on up to 5 devices. With Family Sharing, each family member’s devices are counted separately. If you get a new device, you can remove an old one under For Parents → Devices (up to 3 removals every 30 days; if you need more, write to us). Membership stories downloaded to a device need to connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to confirm your membership status.
Story content
The stories, pictures, sounds and music in the app are licensed only for you and your family to watch and listen to on your own devices. Please don’t copy them, pass them on, play them in public or use them for anything else.
Downloaded stories
Stories downloaded to your device play only inside the app. When your membership ends, member-only stories can no longer be played.
Your recordings
The voices you record in the app belong to you. They stay on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers. We can’t get to them and we don’t use them.
Changes to the service
We’ll keep adding and updating stories, and we may adjust features or what a plan includes. We’ll explain important changes in the app.
Disclaimer
We do our best to keep the app working properly, but we can’t promise it will be free of interruptions or errors.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the update will be posted here. By continuing to use the app after a change, you agree to the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
